These Terms of Service apply when you use www.resine-3d.com or purchase products from Resine-3D. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always take priority over these terms.

1. Products and safety

We aim to describe and display our 3D-printing resins accurately. Colors, packaging, and results may vary slightly between screens, printers, settings, and production batches. Before use, customers must review the product description and any available technical and safety documentation, use compatible equipment, and follow the stated handling, storage, personal-protection, printing, and curing instructions.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Resine-3D sends confirmation of acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel or refuse an order because of stock issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

3. Prices and payment

Current product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the total payable amount are displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed using an available checkout method. Prices and promotions may change, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

4. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5. Returns and cancellation

Voluntary returns may be requested within 14 days after receipt, subject to our Refund Policy. Customers pay return shipping for voluntary or change-of-mind returns. Resine-3D arranges and covers return shipping when a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming.

6. Legal guarantees

Products remain covered by all mandatory legal guarantees, including applicable rights relating to non-conforming goods and hidden defects. To report a problem, contact sales@resine-3d.com with the order number and relevant details.

7. Website use and intellectual property

The website may only be used for lawful purposes. Its branding, text, images, graphics, and other content belong to Resine-3D or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics, or other services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. Resine-3D is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of products, failure to follow safety or technical instructions, incompatible equipment, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes, applicable law, and disputes

We may update these terms when necessary. The version published when an order is accepted applies to that order. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute amicably.
